Our Focus Areas

🎭 Theatre for Change
Using storytelling, performance, and creative arts to raise awareness on pressing social and environmental issues — from waste management and gender inclusion to peacebuilding and sustainability.
Our productions inspire dialogue and drive civic engagement among youth and local communities.
⚙️ Empowerment & Skills Development
We train young people and women in technical and green skills, including:
-
Soap, Vaseline, and candle production
-
Food technology (baking, chin-chin, kuli-kuli, plantain chips)
-
Green innovations (plastic recycling, renewable energy basics)
-
Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathways
These programs are delivered through the Youth Aimed Mentorship Scheme (Y.A.M.S.) — a TTEC flagship initiative that equips participants for self-employment and leadership.

🌿 Sustainability & Environmental Rehabilitation
TTEC advocates for responsible decommissioning, site rehabilitation, and climate resilience in oil-producing and host communities.
We collaborate with schools, research institutes, and environmental agencies to transform hazard zones into green, productive spaces — in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
🔬 Education & Research Support
We partner with educational institutions and technical schools to enhance curriculum relevance through:
-
Environmental literacy programs
-
STEM and STEMA projects
-
Plastic reuse and recycling innovation challenges
-
Career mentorship for sustainable industries
